Return window
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We can't accept items that show signs of wear or are missing tags.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe. It can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order so you get the size you want before it sells out.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
